Roof Maintenance South Auckland – Catch Problems Before They Leak
A little maintenance goes a long way. NZ Metal Roofing maintains metal roofs across Manukau, Papatoetoe, Manurewa, Papakura, Takanini and across the south.
We catch loose fixings, lifted flashings, rust spots and blocked spouting early, before they turn into leaks and bigger repair bills.

Roof check
We get up on the roof, check sheets, fixings, flashings, penetrations and spouting, and take photos so you can see what we found.
Refixing and resealing
Popped nails replaced with screws, loose screws and seals replaced, and flashings refixed and resealed.
Spouting and channels
Blocked spouting, valleys and channels cleared so water can get away.
Local conditions in South Auckland
More open areas in the south catch a lot of wind, so fixings, ridges and flashings need to be done properly. Lighter metal also takes a lot of weight off older framing compared with concrete tiles.
Landlords and property managers
We deal with tenants directly and send photos and a written quote for any work needed.
Suburbs we cover
