Spouting and Downpipes South Auckland – Keep Water Off Your House
Overflowing, sagging or leaking spouting? NZ Metal Roofing replaces and repairs spouting and downpipes across Manukau, Papatoetoe, Manurewa, Papakura, Takanini and across the south.
Good spouting carries water away from your roof, walls and foundations – bad spouting sends it straight into them.

New spouting
New metal or PVC spouting fitted with the right falls so water runs to the outlets instead of sitting and overflowing.
Downpipes
New downpipes sized for your roof area and connected properly to the outlets.
Box gutters and internal gutters
Box gutters and valleys replaced and sealed, a common source of leaks on older homes.
Local conditions in South Auckland
More open areas in the south catch a lot of wind, so fixings, ridges and flashings need to be done properly. Lighter metal also takes a lot of weight off older framing compared with concrete tiles.
With a re-roof
Replacing spouting at the same time as a re-roof saves on scaffolding and means everything works together. See our re-roofing South Auckland page.
